Join us for a 3-day seminar that will teach a plethora of information regarding the purchasing of tax foreclosure real estate at the Constable’s Foreclosure Auction. Constable’s Foreclosure Auction seminars will take place July 28th, 29th and 30th. The Seminar will cover a variety of topics each day.

Wednesday, 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm

• An introduction to the Constable’s Foreclosure Auction process
• Learn how to read the data, find the best deals and how to purchase foreclosed real estate

• Topics covered include background on current Texas statutes and obtaining title insurance

• Conduct your own title research and familiarize yourself with how to research tax foreclosure real estate
• Multiple student resources are available at this session

• Non-subscribers: $249

A workbook will be provided at each session. Coffee and a light meal will be served on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. A continental breakfast is included on Friday.
