Syllabus
DAY ONE (September 26): An introduction to the foreclosure process, including how to read the data in the Constable's Foreclosure Auction edition, how to find the best deals, and the intricacies of purchasing foreclosed real estate.

DAY TWO (September 27): A variety of topics, including Texas statutes on purchasing foreclosed real estate and how to obtain title insurance after the auction among others.

DAY THREE (September 28): A real estate foreclosure investor expert will demonstrate the proper techniques for researching tax foreclosure real estate. Multiple resources will be available to students.
